    Having moved from Samsung s6 to the new DTEK50 ive noticed that the ringtone sound is very poor and its also distorted when on full volume which is has to be to hear it.
    Whilst i dont regret moving back to Blackberry their game should be in the same ball park as their competitors..........surely.

    Anyone else suffering the same way. ive only had it 10 days.:

    Ringtone is just fine and clear on mine. Have it set at about 60% volume which is all I need.

    If there not Bose or marley speakers. They shouldn't be turned all the way up. My dtek50 speakers are just fine. Better then the s6 I had

    Is it possible you drooled on the Dtek50 speaker, when you first fired up this wonderful phone! (Haha).

    I had no problem with on speakers bit I'm hearing the new software beta fixed your volume issue
