Did you upgrade to BBM Entreprise? Because if so, that's the reason. Stickers and Channels are no longer available on BBM Entreprise, you would have to cancel your subscription and download the regular BBM app.

Yes unfortunately, it's a mistake on their part in my opinion I'm sure they had a reason, but a lot of business owners and corporations actually make use of Channels to reach out to their customers and market target... not to mention, they need to remember that business people are consumers as well.
