I have a 64gb card formated to work as combined memory. How can I move something, like an app for example, from internal memory to the memory card?

Select an app you want to move to the microSD card.
    Tap Storage.
Tap Change if it's there. If you don't see the Change option, the app cannot be moved.

Not all apps can be moved, it's up to the developer to include/allow those options. You can use third-party apps to move them as well, though, if the developer didn't include/allow for it to be moved, there's likely a good reason for that. eg: Performance issues.

Thanks for replying, but it doesn't seem I can do it with any option, could it be because I have my memory card formated?

From your screenshot above, you don't have the SD card formatted as internal use. It says "portable storge". So you need to backup the files on a PC, insert back in the DTEK50, then format as internal memory. After that, you can move apps to the SD card.
