    Got it!

    1) Needed to do a restart after the update boot to get WiFi working - no biggie

    2) Still on Android M when there are already talks of Android O. However considering that not more than 1% or the total Android market share is on Android N, it's fine

    3) Still don't know what theses updates/patches are securing as there are no release notes

    All in all though, am happy I get these updates, makes me 'feel' secure although I don't know from what!

    Your apps and most settings, with the exception of login info should be backed up to Google Play.

    Data can be backed up in many different ways.

    If you like backup to your computer, how about backing up to Microsoft OneDrive, then synchronizing Onedrive to your computer?

    Photos can be automatically backed up to Onedrive by enabling the "Camera Roll" setting.

    I use as many synchronizing capabilities as I can for my data backups, including calendar, contacts and tasks...even my fuel mileage app!

    Critical data is synchronized using the Canadian Company www.sync.com
