Is there some setting in the DTEKs that WiFi signal, although available and strong, is prevented from opening WiFi-needed apps when battery level is below 10 or 15%?

Never had a problem with WiFi apps running below 15%. Maybe battery saver setting? Just a guess.

Thank you. Battery saver is not on and battery optimization has not been activated for any app. Never had this issue with BB10, so I will not worry about the issue since it's the "toy" of my devices.
