    Now the update is gone.
    I repeated play services and got the wifi error again. I decided to clear data on play services. Now it's says I'm up to date

    I downgraded Play Services, verification failed. I cleared data and rebooted, verification failed. I factory reset the phone, verification failed. If I didn't already relegate the DTEK60 to a drawer I'd be livid.

    I did a call in and still shows no update. Wonder if they pulled it because of the issue.
    Why is your 60 in a drawer?
    I would love to have a 60.

    I don't run multiple phones at the same time and this S8+ sinks the DTEK's battleship.

    Could you get the OTA update URL from logcat at least? I can at least get what OS version is supposed to be installed.

    Only way I know how to get logcat is plugging into pc. And that I was not doing. Now I cant even get it to see any update.

    Never mind, I got the URL. The DTEK50 was supposed to receive AAR950, while the DTEK60 was supposed to receive AAR941.

    I followed instructions to uninstall updates and still "Verification failed". If it's an update, I think eventually they will get it figured out. I hope someone here posts once the bugs are fixed.

    I have tried to submit the ticket but says my imei isn't a BlackBerry. So they told me to call.
    Now I got promoted for a new update. Don't get wifi error ( with latest play services) or verification failed. This time it says verification problem. Wording slightly different but same end result.

    I am SO PO'ed I'm ready to throw my 50 against a wall and stomp on it!!! Like Conite I've been trying to update my phone since last night, done everything and it dies at the verification after download. Those clowns at BlackBerry / TCL better fix this and quick!!!

    This extends beyond the small December update file. I just tried to update a DTEK50 from the March 2017 security update, and the very large update file is also giving the verification error. What in the world is going on? How embarrassing...
