From the Leap to the DTEK50: Activating the Nano-SIM
I purchased my DTEK50 unlocked from BlackBerry directly. I also purchased the Nano-SIM online.
Now my question is, once I activate my Nano-SIM card with my carrier, can I just insert it into the phone and use it...or do I have to configure my phone to my carrier as well or anything else?!
Previously I moved from a Z10 to the Leap I'm currently using (also unlocked and purchased from BlackBerry) since both phones used the Micro-SIM (I've been with the same carrier for years and have the same phone #) and the card was already active, I didn't have to do anything but transfer the card from one device to another and it was ready to use.
Are there any extra steps in terms of the SIM (apart from the obvious one Micro versus Nano-SIM) when moving from the Leap to the DTEK50?
