Issues with migrating to dtek50 from passport

Hi everyone!

So yesterday used the content transfer app to move evrything over and right away it said not enough space!
So tried both memory card and Google drive and same errors. Always stopped at the photos.
So i decided to leave that one unboxed and transfer the rest.
It worked! (I've manually transferred the pics across so it's all good!)

However! The issue arises with what's app! None of my contacts are showing. None at all. The contacts have been sent across. I can see them in the contacts app. They were synced to Google mail. But in my what's app just shows 2 contacts from 271. Tried uninstalling and rebooting the phone, sending contacts over again etc too but nothing :(

Any ideas??

My husband did all the transferring from BB Classic to DTEK. To get everything transferred he had to use the MS exFat Driver and then it went smoothly. Downloaded it from Playstore. And you can read about it on page 20 user manual.

I downloaded that too. It kept saying not enough space.
Did you download that app on the dtek50? That's what i did.

Junny he downloaded it onto the DTEK.

Yeah i did that too. Just won't work and still can't get it to. Will have to keep trying!
