    My phone is saying ive used 15.43 GB of 16 GB but ive only a few pics stored on it not loads, but when i look into the internal storage list it says apps has 7.50 GB & in there theres loads of them . Like snapchat 258MB (never used it) Spotify 127MB (never used it ) Hangouts,Drive,Finance etc etc all things i never use. I use Facebook,whattsapp but very little else. Why would they have usage on them & can i clear them somehow ?

    Why are Snap chat and Spotify on your phone if you're not using them..you must have installed them at some point. Uninstall them.

    Think the phone came with them already installed, i may have installed snap chat can't remember but i know i certainly didn't spotify

    Won't let me remove uninstall spotify,i highlight it & get the option at top of screen remove or uninstall but as soon as i let my finger off the spotify app those options go

    Are you dragging the app upto the remove option

    You need drag you icon to the word "uninstall" to uninstall it. Drag to "remove" if you want to keep it installed but just remove shortcut from home screen
