    Reloading the device software 2 times but problem not solved.
    Only connect with Jio 4g network.
    How to get back to default GSM band.

    Have you looked at Settings: Cellular Network Settings? Maybe changing your preferred network type will help.

    Seen you need option to replace 4G SIM or others service carriers .

    When insert 3g sim, service not found, " No Service". Several times factory reset and loading os through autoloader, but problem not solve. Only 4g sim worked.

    I have installed phone driver on Windows 7 based computer from blackberry site.

    Airtel 4g and Bsnl 3g. Both are no service, only jio 4g support.
