    Two days ago my hub stopped working. Every time I try to access the hub , a message pops up asking to update the hub services. When I click update I get sent to Google store, but there is no update option, only an uninstall. I have factory reset my phone and it still will not let me access the hub. Any ideas?

    Somehow you have installed the beta version of The Hub, and don't have access to the beta version of Hub+ services.

    Did you sign up for the HUB+ beta program? Did you enable all of the apps?

    Try a manual search for BlackBerry HUB+ Services on Google Play.

    If nothing, then you'll have to revert your HUB app and maybe try to update it again.

    If I go to Google store and uninstall all updates on both it works, but then when I try to update them , the problem starts all over again.

    As I suspected, that's a weird mismatch.

    Are you using the same Gmail account as you used on your Priv? Because you should be able to get the beta versions. If not, join beta again.

    Both beta files begin with 1.5.2.xxxxx.

    If you don't want to mess with the beta program, then I would once again check Play Store for an update to your Hub app. There's definitely something wrong with your version number. It should also begin with 1.5.1.
