    Can't figure out how to download the file I sent myself from email with file for password keeper. Keeps telling me to download file viewer from playstore

    I finally got the file to download. Blackberry needs to make it easier. I guess my fingers are too large. Tried to hit the symbol I thought was for saving countless times. Finally got it right. Bb10 is so much easier.

    You're talking about the little 'disk' icon for save, yeah? If so we've increased the touch target size in the coming release.

    I just had this problem today. I tried to save a document from an email by tapping the disk icon, but the document kept opening. I finally was able to touch the small disk and it opened the "Save to" menu.

    I think another way to save the file should be to long-press the attachment and have a menu open as to what you want to do next.

    Glad to know an update is on its way.
