    When I try to watch a video on amazon I keep getting a message to install amazon video app.........i click it and nothing happens..... Any suggestions?

    You probably didn't turn on Unknown Sources, in your settings....

    Follow those instructions

    BUT it's under Settings, Additions Settings, Privacy, Unknown Sources, then tick it to on or allow.
