i deleted a blackberry ID by mistake and made a new one with the same phone and unfortunately the phone Z10 wipe away all data and when im to restart it, it says it needs the ID that was used first to set up the device. please need your help here,the other thing is it wiped away everything while the BB protect is on so really cant do nothing now

Once you delete a BBID, i don't believe you can use the same one again. Start with a new email address and start over.

i have done that and it says it requires the email associated with the phone
