    I installed an app called avast cleanup. Something popped up on the screen and it says to clean and i activated it. Now i cannot use my phone because the touch screen is not working. I couldn't scroll! And every time i press any key there is always a voice assistant on the background. I really need your help guys. I'm a blackberry die hard and this is my first android blackberry. I really love the phone especially the speakers, the dtek app and the hub.. Unfortunately just because of the app everything went from great to disaster. Please help me guys.
