    Hello,

    I am using a Blackberry Dtek50 and when I turn it on the error occurs that the UI of the system was ended.
    Therefore I tried to do a hard reset for my phone by pushing the power-button for 32 seconds like described here:
    Restart methods for BlackBerry powered by Android smartphones

    Sadly the device just turns on and off several times. It would be great if someone could help me.
