I've tried cancelling my order via the web form. Ordered from unlocked-mobiles who say they will post via next day delivery. I hope so.

I've done the same... cancelled with shop BlackBerry and ordered through unlocked Mobile.... They sent me a message yesterday saying they'd dispatched it yesterday....

Same here, cancel the pre order on BBSHOP and ordered one on Clove UK.
It should be dispatched today !!!

I emailed them yesterday at 4PM Paris time (3PM London time) to ask them if they have it in stock and when it will be dispatched.
They answered me 10mns later that they have it in stock and if I place the order today (so yesterday), it will be dispatched tomorrow (today) and I should receive it on Thursday or Friday.

So, didn't get my dispatching email yet but should receive it this morning or in the afternoon.
I'm living in France .

Had a ShopBlackBerryUK preorder with no update even with calling and emailing them. Order 2 DTEK50s from unlockedmobiles.com yesterday. 1 before 1230 and 1 before 1700. The 1230 one is out for delivery via royal mail special delivery for before 1pm. The other one is out with another courier and will be here before 5.30pm. Delivery was cheaper had email updates at each stage where as had no contact fro ShopBlackBerryUK. Digital River are a joke.
