I am in the process of upgrading from my DTEK50 to a KEY2, and am trying to save all my data to my desktop. My USB port on the phone is wonky so it's tricky getting the computer to see anything. I have managed to download all my data except I got an "Unknown Error" during the Whatsapp download (very helpful message...). But in Windows 7 when I 'see' the phone it only shows the SD Card in Windows Explorer, not the Internal Memory, where I assume my other data is stored. Am I missing something? Or is that wonky connection possibly the cause? Thank you in advance for any help you can offer.
