Recently my DTEK50 screen got broken, the LCD works, but touch is not working. I tried to reboot my phone just in case the touch starts working, but now it won't even boot the android completely unless the PIN is typed in, which I am unable to. Device is not rooted and USB debugging is turned off.
Is there any solution that I can externally connect using USB and at least get it running once so that can take backup?

    Kindly advise.
    Thank you,

Probably not. But if you had Google back ups enabled most of it should be captured.
