    Hi, when I bought my dtek I transfered all my photos from my BlackBerry Classic to my dtek 50 using BlackBerry content transfer , there was around 1200. Yesterday I went to look for them in photos and they've vanished,they were there . They only photos left on my dtek are the ones iv taken since iv owned the device, had anyone had the same issue

    How did you check that the pictures are not there? Did you use a file manager or an app like Gallery? The media info in the device might not be up to date yet.
    Also I did not understand if the pictures seem to be gone from the cloud (google photos) or from the device. You might want to visit google photos through a web browser from a computer.

    Look in Google Photos app on your device. Great way to back up and keep photos from using space on device.
