    Looking at the DTEK 50 user manual, we are supposed to have WiFi calling. Page 26 says we do have WiFi calling. However, if I go into settings I have no reference to WiFi calling as stated on page 26. I am on Wind Mobile and they don't have WiFi calling, but I inserted my husband's SIM from Virgin Mobile which has WiFi calling and no luck either. We talked to Virgin Mobile and they queried whether this is some sort of screw up by Blackberry?

    The WiFi stuff is there and loaded onto the device but it's not enabled for any carriers that I'm aware of yet. It's a matter of them flipping it on as a supported device in most cases.

    On EE in the UK. Haven't tested it yet but seems like it is there.

    Thanks Bla1ze. I am a little technically challenged. So is this simply me going in to a carrier that has WiFi calling and asking them to flip it on? Or is it a whole system that is dedicated to the DTEK?

    Has nothing to do with device. It reads, and offerings the settings, based on your SIM card. Goes back to what I was saying about carriers and their provisioning of it. EE clearly has it provisioned for any capable devices.

    TMO uses band 12 I think. Specs say it's in there.

    That has nothing to do with WiFi calling directly.

    As Bla1ze says it's up to the CARRIER to send that configuration to the device. Call your carrier.
