for mobile. Comes with one cord. Has one QC 2.0 port and a 2.4A for stuff like Passport, etc.

For an extra QC. Is version 3.0

Five cables in all. I use the 6-ft. bedside.

I'm not promoting anything. Just showing what's available.

New to Quick Charge, do I have to buy a cable and a charger plug or can I use the charger plug I got with the DTEK 50 and a different cable? Also do I have to do anything to enable this on the DTEK 50?

    Thanks.

The Aukey or Anker fast chargers from Amazon works fine. They come in a single, double or multiple ports.

You would definitely need a Quick Charge 2.0 or 3.0 charger. Most quick chargers come with a cable so you can use the cable that come with the quick charger. The original DTEK50 cable in the box may/may not work (I didn't test so I can't say).

I don't see any settings in DTEK50 that has anything to do with Quick Charge. In the Samsung Galaxy S7, you can enable/disable quick charging from the Settings > Battery settings.

Further to this, I can confirm that the cable that comes in the DTEK50 box works with fast charging.

How do we know it is quick charging? There is no color or icon change.

I know QC kicks off after you reach a certain level.

Don't think DTEK50 is capable of doing this.
