I had my ringtone set to a personal file and was working fine. I just noticed maybe after the April update, that I was getting the default Spirit tone on upcoming calls. I went into settings and now find I can't change to any other ringtone. Odd. Any thoughts before I reset my phone?

I to noticed the change. I had to move my personal ring tones into the "ring tones" folder on internal memory. They were on internal memory before but in a different folder.

I actually already had my file in the ringtones folder but no luck in selecting it. In fact, when I went to select tones I didn't even see any of the built in tones. Hard restart didn't work either. Anyhow went ahead and did a factory reset. After reinstalling everything now I can select the file I wanted. Hope this doesn't become like Windows which requires a clean install every so often.
