Is it only this one site, or a number of sites?

Have you switched between Wi-Fi and Cellular? Maybe it's blocked on the site you're on?

    Try an alternate browser.

Ask someone else to try the site.

In Chrome go into Settings>Privacy>Clear Browsing Data. Change the time period to a week and clear it out. Try the site again.

It could be that your certificates have been messed up. You can check under security if maybe some have been turned off and try turning them back on. If corrupted though, I think a factory reset will likely restore them. If you want to just erase them and re-download them, there must be a way but I'm not sure on Android. You'll have to look around for it.
