My wife's Dtek50 had a BlackBerry Launcher update and after the restart the events on her calendar disappeared. Her events are synced from her Bell.net email and her events don't even appear when she logs into her Bell email.

Is this a Bell issue or a BlackBerry issue?

Any help would be great, thanks!

Try restarting the phone again. If her calendar events don't reappear take your choice on who to call. I would start with BlackBerry first then Bell. Good luck.

Tried a couple of restarts and nothing. Might have to give both a call to see what the problem is.

    Thanks for replying.

Had the same issue and tried restarting ,it solved it, stuff like this happens in Android.

Do the events also fail to appear in her Bell calendar when she uses a different device like a laptop or desktop?

They do unfortunately. Called Bell and BlackBerry and they were both helpless.

Checked to see what was updated on the BlackBerry and the BlackBerry Calendar was updated 3 days ago.

Any risk if I uninstall it and reinstall?

Had the same issue a while back. Before doing anything drastic try changing the view and seeing if the entries are there.

What do you mean by changing the view?

Then I think it would be a Bell issue not a BlackBerry issue.

Perhaps switch to Google calendar. Works seamlessly with BlackBerry calendar on my DTEK50.
