    Hi,
    i had an update of the android software from blackberry yesterdayand the hub doesn't do anything. Especially doesn't sync mails, even if forced.
    So I unisnstalled the hub and the hub services+, deleted their cache, restarted the device and reinstalled the two apps.
    I tried to set up my two mail accounts after that, and for each account (after typing in password and so an) it says, that it has no connection to the server when checking the settings.
    The internet connection, however, works fine and I can also recieve the mails using the designated apps (gmail...).
    What the heck is wrong with the hub, it worked fine yesterday. Did blackberry screw up the update?

    I have a DTEK50 and I'm from germany (if that matters anyhow).

    Also the popup widged doesn't show any conversations, even if there are some in the hub.

    INFO: The hub abruptly started working again yesterday in the evening and stopped to do so a few minutes ago. I'm quite helpless here :-(

    Sounds like the security update messed something up badly. Can you handle a factory reset? I would take back the OS to the beginning and start over if a Hub reinstall still didn't work.

    I got the same problem ! Hub not syncing anymore since the update... This is so annoying !

    Hi there,
    a little update on that topic. The hub is working perfectly (except the popup widget) in my home WLAN and via mobile data. It's just not syncing properly in the WLAN in my office at work. I'm not quite sure why, but i thought i let you know in case it helps solving this or other mysteries :-)
