I have delete some pictures ,and shown me that bin is full .. I can't find bin in settings. thank

If it's like the 60 then into pictures, swipe from left to right to show the menu table and the bin is around the bottom of that presented list.

Yeah, works for me on the dtek50. Google Photos - swipe from left of screen to right and you have the options to clear any pics already backed up or empty recycle bin. Also just noticed the bin is set to empty itself after 60 days. Not sure if this can be reduced in settings.
