Can someone help? I tried searching, but nothing came up. Today, I installed YouMail on my 8350i and went through the whole process of setting it up and changing my call forwarding to the new voicemail, etc. Well I have done multiple test trials to see if it works and I get the text alert, but the voicemail never gets sent to the YopuMail app. Even after I open the app, it does not shoe. I have to go into the menu and manually retrieve the messages for them to show and I have it set to auto in the options. Am I doing something wrong or missing something. Thanks in advance.
Make sure your connection settings are set correct. Mine are set to TCP for connection type and Direct OFF for SSL connection type. You will only get a blinking light for notifications besides the text or email.
