    Both my work and personal email were working perfectly on my 8900. I had to switch to different carrier. Once i switched the sim cards, email icons for both, my gmail, and my work email were gone. So i just set up the email as you would normally do once you get a new blackberry. I got a activation notification on both emails. But now, my gmail is working perfectly, and i can send from my work email but cannot receive.

    Any ideas on how i can fix this??

    IS your work email on the bes? If so you might need to try Enterprise Activation.
