    Signal comes in for a few seconds using my wireless router.

    Then goes back to mobile network, I restarted the computer, the BB, the router-modem combo.

    I've had this issue too - but for me it only happens if I'm in one certain spot at my house....it reconnects instantly and is by no means a deal breaker for me
    As far as an answer to your problem, I don't have one...maybe someone else will have some insight

    some routers require setting port access for seamless usage with blackberry (well, almost seamless)

    i had to on my verizon fios installed router
