    Need APN,User Name and Password but first I need to find the TCP setting on Virgin Mobile 8530. Anybody know how to find this? Think this might have to do with the streaming problems I'm having with Live 365 and Pandora. And also states this on their sites but I do not see this option via Advanced Options.

    Options > Advanced Options > TCP/IP

    That's where it should be.

    Unfortunatly it's not there. Advance Option doesn't give that as one of the options.

    Not sure if this is helpful, but I popped into a Sprint store on the way home from work last night, and the guy in there said if I ever had any handset problems with my Virgin USA BB 8530 I could bring it into them for help. They couldn't help me with my monstrous Virgin NETWORK nightmare (still no service after 9 days) but good to know real humans can help if I needed help setting something up on the actual handset.

    It may be that the TCP option is not enabled on a new phone until BIS is enabled.
