I'd try the Wal-Mart Cellular Connection Center.The one my me had both the Black and Frost(Ice Blue) one's in stock. And the $48.88 2yr price is confirmed.
If you're from the US I believe you can find it at any T-Mobile store and Wal-mart starting tomorrow.

Nevermind tmobile just posted the frost on there webiste for 299.99 suggested retail. thats a steal

Walmart online shows them in Frost and Black but says in limited stores only. Just keep driving around to the Walmart stores in your area until you find one.
Also Amazon.com has the Frost color online for 1 cent with new 2 year contract.
