You can try Ebay if you like. Other places are cnn.cn as well as bbenriched.com

Ebay might be the fasted route - as for replacement I have not done it, sounds easy enough. Check youtube for videos on how to do it. I am sure some others who have done it will comment here....Good luck...

The lens cover is a sticker basically, it pry's right off, i just used my nails and grabbed it from the top and pulled it off...
