For example, if I send an email to Suzy, I see the "sent" email to Suzy in my Messages. However, after the email is sent, a confirmation of sorts is sent, showing up as a new message. From "Me" to Suzy, but a separate email.
I've tried turning this off, but not sure if I'm doing it right.

Is there any way to fix this??
