Ever since I upgraded to 5.0.0.734 when I lock my phone it doesn't show any of this anymore because it is also standby mode. Is there any way to fix that so it shows up again?

I hope you're joking pal, I really do. We all hope people call us on the numbers we provide there and we know it just might not happen, but you ought to be joking if you put 911 there and expect something to happen.

We have so many people on the departments that have the same phone, if we are on a call, there have been up to 5 of the same BB device sitting on the dash or seat of a squad. This way, you just gotta click until you find your bb.
