I read a thread here where you should close apps and should only have a few running. I have more than that running on the curve. One is missing sync but for it to auto sync I believe it needs to run. Another is BB messenger. Is that the app that pushes mail or just one installed if I want to use messenger? The poster gave directions to press alt and the back key to view them but what should be there.

So what apps need to be open?
