I would check the section on here for the 83xx series. Just go to forum home and scroll down. Or under the verizon section.
To my knowledge, nothing over 4.5 has been officially released. Altho I think some other things have leaked.

I believe 8330/4.5.0.77 is the most current os for this phone, as an official release from Verizon. I know there are other 8330/ os that will work as well on this forum.
