    I have a co-worker who every time she recieves a call the volume is set to super low so she cant hear the person without raising the volume every single call. Please advise?

    Press the phone button > press menu > options > General Options>
    Go to Default Call Volume and set it to the level she wants.

    Mine is set to 100%. The option for previous will set the volume
    at whatever it was at for the last call.
