i rebooted my phone and the volume icon (speaker) came up with a yellow star beside it instead of the ))) symbols that usually indicate volume level. anyone know what this means? thanks!

That is the symbol for a custom profile. Did you happen to create a custom or new profile on your device?

i did change some of the notification sounds recently....not sure of anything else i've done otherwise. the star disappeared after i turned it off one more time and turned it back on. thanks for your help!
