I am new to Blackberry and this may sound like a stupid question, but here it goes:
I have one of those old school voicemail icons (the two circles connected with a line at the bottom) that won't go away. However, it is also puzzling to me because the manual says the voicemail icon should be a phone with an envelope next to it.
i never heard of that symbol (and ive had my phone since feb) i would suggest to check and open all your messgaes (mms,sms vm and emails) if that doesnt work try a battery pull(that might not make a difference) if all else fails call your phone provider.
If you have changed your theme the icon for voicemail could have changed from the original. I have the CB theme on mine and I get two circles connected with a line at the bottom.
