I have a bb curve 8320 v 4.5.0.81 when i receive a video from someone it plays fine on phone but when I forward it to my email to view later (on pc) there is no audio. there are two files that come through 1 is a .3gp the other is a .amr. how can I save videos onto my storagecard, transfer, or email so audio and video play together?
