My blackberry 8330 curve will not playback to play a video (even one you have taken with the blackberry) it says that video is in an unsupported format. Any idea what to do to fix it?

I had this problem with my BB. I rarely use the Video thing.
As much as I dislike saying "do a battery pull"
Try it.
I did that for mine and it worked. Lol.
Battery pull worked here to actually.
