    I know this is probably stupid to start a new thread but I just got to know. I tried to e mail myself a 15 second video and I cannot view it when I attached it and it won't give me any option to either view attachment. I sent it as a normal video message like a text and it opened. How come it does not let me open or view attachment.

    the blackberry recordedthe video in 3GP and its 15 secs. i can view it asa normal MMS bt when i send it to an e mail it wont let me view, save or download the attachment which is stupid

    Are you emailing it to a computer or are you emailing it from a computer to your BB?

    Does it come up on your Hotmail? And what's the point of emailing it back to your BB, you already have it on there...

    well i got it on my hotmail but it wont let me view or save the attached video. and i e mailed it purposly to my BB e mail so i can see if i can save or view attachment

    either way, it wont let me save or view it unless i send it as an MMS messaage

    mine does that too, when i send a video to my photobucket, it has to be in mms, it wont work in e-mail

    i called up verizon and they told me to e mail them the same video to a BB e mail and they had the same issue, they couldnt view or save it.
