I've been a BB 8330 addict for the last 5 or 6 months and just love it however whenever I put my phone on vibrate it vibrates louder than my phone rings on the loud setting. Is there any way to turn this down? I brought it to Verizon and they claim that it is normal but I find it hard to believe as a few of my friends have BB's and theirs is so soft. Can anyone help?

I have verizon 8330 and I don't have a supervib setting lol! Maybe its just a fluke thing with urs but mine is certainly not loud, barely audible unless I have the bb resting on a desk or something.

Maybe resort to turning it on quiet and watching for the LED if its interrupting meetings or something of the like.

Just keep making it vibrate, sooner or later it will start to wear out and get softer

I have an 8330 on Sprint. Mine is just like yours, very strong vibrate. It is loud.

The only time my vibrate is audible is when my BB is on a hard surface

I can hear it in mine when its in my pocket too its really obnoxiously loud. And when Im at work I try to put it on something that it won't make TOO much noise on but no matter where i put it whether on some kind of bunched up clothing or a stack of papers its really loud

mine barely vibrates and I never know I get a call...wish mine had supervibe!

heh, i wish my 8330 gave more vibration. I keep mine in my pocket in the oem pouch and have actually missed calls when it was on vibrate.
