    Hey guys,

My USB connection on my bberry... used to work.

But for some reason now when I connect it I get nothing.
No detection on windows, no ask for mass storage mode on my bberry. Don't see anything on my device manager that would indicate it's connected at all.

Weird thing is... It still charges?

I've recently uninstalled my older desktop manager and just installed 5.0 to try to fix it but still nothing.

What can I do? It's not something wrong with my bberry because it works on my desktop. I'm currently running Windows Xp with the latest updates.

If your connecting through a usb hub, try connecting directly to a usb port on the pc.

Go to Options > Memory... check your settings...

    Media Card Support: On
Mass Storage Mode Support Mode: On
Auto Enable Mass Storage Mode When Connected: Yes

Another thing to try is connect your device to another PC.

I have a cheap 3rd party USB cable that will not work correctly, I believe it will charge however.... sometimes if you try a different port or a different USB cable it will work too.
