when i first set it up it worked fine now i can't connect my PC won't recognize the connection i can connect other things & can connect it at my work PC no problem.
tried to re install he soft software. it does go in to charge mode when plugged in but all the programs say it's not connected and it does not show up as a drive in the My Computer window

turned out the problem was the USB cable ... i was using one for a camera that i also use on my Nuvi worked fine for that but not for the BB .... who knew they were preparatory .... thats just weird
