No, the phones memory isn't big enough to run it. There isn't and never will be a 5.0 OS for the 8320.

I expected that some features from OS 5 would be ported to the 83xx line, but from the looks of it I don't think that will happen. The 83xx is 3 years old and with the 85xx and higher series devices, don't expect to see any OS 5.0 love for the 83xx.
