    And I need some help. I called them up, I switched over to the Blackberry plan, it says I'm registered on the network, etc. But here's the thing, I can't use my e-mail, IM and I (not surprising) don't have my fave five icons. I've been a t-mobile customer for about a month or two now, and I just made the switch, and I guess what I'm wondering is, is there some way to reboot the blackberry (8310) with T-Mobile software or something? Any help is appreciated.

    I just updated my Facebook application and it started working again, is there an IM update somewhere out there that could maybe fix my problem? I haven't used this Blackberry in about 3 months, so I'm sure a lot of my software is out of date. Once again, thanks for any help.
