I have added work email to my Blackberry through their enterprise server. It works fine but now when I leave my Blackberry idle for a minute or so and then go to use it I have to enter the password to unlock it. It is a pain and how can I turn it off so I don't have to enter it each time I want to use it? It is the same password I used to set up email on the work server and not what is in my Blackberry.
Go to options/security options/general options and disable it there. If you cant then you will have to talk to your IT guy and have them do it since your device is on a BES server now. It may be a standard setting they use.
