Uninstalling BES - HELP!
HELP! I'm completely new to Blackberry & when I was setting up my Curve 8900 at the 'Set up Email' page I stupidly selected the BES option. Now I can't seem to get rid of it. I have followed these instructions from another thread:

This will wipe the phone, put back on the latest installed OS, and remove the IT policy.

but I still can't get back the original 3 options for email that the setup showed. Can anybody help - please????

Unless you connected to a BES server it did not install an IT Policy... so just go to your provider's BIS website, setup your email accounts, then resend your Service Books... here is a thread that does have a few of the provider's BIS websites: Lecture 4: The Basics of Setting Up Your BlackBerry | CrackBerry.com... it might not have your provider's BIS website, but it will show you the basics of setting up your email accounts.
